The Balinese-style vacation home was built around a lavish split-level koi pond with waterfalls and an infinity pool which gives the appearance of linking the property to the Caribbean Sea and also draws the flora and fauna of the surroundings into the house. There are five bedroom suites, and each has a private veranda that leads out to the pool.

Beyond the five generously styled bedrooms with names like the Japanese Bedroom, the Caribbean Bedroom, etc., there are several large reception rooms, a dining area, study, games room, infinity pool as well as a number of private garden decks, perfect for sunbathing, dining or relaxing.

Additional sleeping accommodations can be found in a self-contained writers’ cottage which was regularly used by poet and publisher Felix Dennis who actually purchased the property from David Bowie in 1995. There is also a private pavilion which was originally David Bowie’s recording studio, and this offers additional accommodations for guests.
